refreshing pivot table reports

How do I update a pivot table report, the datasheet gets
updated monthly with new information in nearly 300+ new
rows, but when I refresh pivot tables it does not include
this new information.

Any suggestions will be appreciated.

You could use a dynamic range as the source -- there are instructions here:
