Refresh subform records

I have main form and subform.
From the main form I can open a new "problem card" and then return to main
form
The subform display all open "problems card".

The problem is when I return to the main Form the record of the subform are
not update , I can not see the new "problem card", only if I close the main
form and open again.

I try to add Requry method in all event of form but not luck.
