You can download a windows 98 boot disk from the
internet. On
www.google.com, type in boot disks, find a
website that allows you to download them. Put it on a
floppy disk and reboot your computer with the disk in.
You should then get the option to boot from cd....you can
either format from there or go to the dos prompt and type
c:/format. this should then start to format your hard
drive.
From there reboot with the floppy in and boot from CD to
reinstall ME.
