Where, in infinite space, can one find documentation that tells you
which refrences are needed for a goven VBA command?? Or conversely what
commands are available from the common set of references?

you can find all methods, properties, and events by a look at the
Object Browser (F2). You can switch from <All Libraries> to <Outlook>.
