Reference different versions of Access

Hi
I have looked at all the information that has been posted regarding late
binding and I have also tried some of them however it doesn't seem to work
for me.

I am hoping someone can help me.

We have different versions of Access and the forms have been created in the
newer version however when a computer with the older version tries to run a
code (they dont use access in the code but it stills references it) they get
the compile error.

I am not sure how to get the reference library to set the applicable access
version in the library.

Any ideas please.

I don't know if this applies to Access, but here goes:

We've had some people in our office with "Typical" Excel
installations. Code attempting to create Outlook emails from Excel
would fail, even if we set the reference to Outlook's library manually
on the users machine. Our IT people reinstalled using "Full"
installation option for Excel, and it worked immediately. I don't know
if it was really that a patch was applied that fixed a problem, or if
the Full installation had something that was otherwise missing--all I
know is that it worked in a couple of instances.

If you use late binding, uncheck the Access reference.
