Redoing activation

When I activated XP Pro, I forgot to write down the
confirmation number. Can you redo the activation in order
to get the confirmation number, or is hidden somewhere in
my computer?

You can use WinCDkeyfinder to locate and log the no.

No I do not but when you get there the file is "keyfinder.exe" which you
will find in the XP\XP Utilities\Exe dir.

"confirmation number" ?

Are you talking about finding the Product Key that comes with the CD or
the code you got from a PA phone rep to activate your copy of XP?
