Hello
We have a 2003 AD domain with English Windows2003 servers and the
workstations have the Dutch version of Windows XP pro SP2. We have a
group policy set up to redirect the My Documents folder ("Mijn
documenten" in Dutch) to a network (DFS) share like
\\domainname\users\username. This works and a folder "My Documents" is
created under \\domainname\users\username. However, when our users log
on on their Dutch XP clients this "My Documents" folder is ignored an a
folder "Mijn documenten" is created and used instead.
Is there a way to make the GPO-created folder and the one actually used
match? Preferably i'd like to have the GPO-created folder changed to
"Mijn documenten" so i dont have to rename/move files and folders of
existing users and change drive mappings in logon scripts etc...
