I have saved my Project, now when I go back half of the clips will not play==showing "RED X", the other half show the Microsoft video wheel and will play in the Project Phase?? Help
If you have red "x"'s showing up, it means you changed the original location of an audio or video file you used in your project. When you import audio and video files into a project, you are actually importing shortcuts to them. If you change the original location of the file, the shortcut no longer works hence the red "x"'s.
Hey, my daughter got that too. She had completed her movie project for school and when she went back to it last night, she had these Big Red X's in the place of certain movie clips
