I have a user that is using Outlook 2003 with exchange. She is getting the
Red X when trying to read messages that have images embedded into them. I
have read a post that Ron McLay had made and the same thing is happening to
my user. If I boot Outlook in Safe Mode the images come up fine. If Outlook
is in normal mode and Word is the default editor for sending messages, and
the user forwards or replies to a message the image shows. I did all the
steps in Rons Post with regard to removing the Add-ins and the registry keys.
I am at the point that I have the text files of all the DLLs running with
Outlook both in safe mode and in normal mode and would like to send them for
analysis. Thanks
