Recycle Bin won't empty

I'm getting this error dialog trying to delete a file from the recycle
bin


Error Deleting File or Folder

Cannot delete Dc23: It is being used by another person or program

Close any programs that might be using the file and try again

Any suggestions?

Hi

Right click on the Recycle Bin, select Properties and set the slider to 0%.
Log off/on - has the file disappeared? Don't forget to reset the RB to 10%
or whatever you like.

Too easy!! Why didn't I think of that? You should see the extaravagant
exerices I tried.

Google for "unlocker" and download it and install it. The
show it the file and it will unlock it from what ever it is attache
to and allow it to be deleted......just be careful to what you ar

Google for "unlocker" and download it and install it. Then
show it the file and it will unlock it from what ever it is attached
to and allow it to be deleted......just be careful to what you are
trying to delete...I hope you know what that Dc23 file/folder is.

Oh I knew what it was -- a deleted pic in the recycle bin. It actually
had a name like "finished", even though it still carried the file name
I'd originally given it.

The recycle bin is a hard thing to find these days.

I had this erro also but only when I deleted a video file. I did as Will
suggested and it worked thanks.
