Recycle Bin Menu

How do I delete a menu item from my Recycle Bin list? Having a Dell, it
came with the option of "Browse With Paint Shop Pro" in the menu of the
Recycle Bin. I do not want to uninstall Paint Shop but I do want to remove
this option in the Recycle Bin menu.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
