recycle bin/media player errors

Please help with this.

In my "recycle bin" the icon on the desktop shows full.
when i right click to "empty recycle bin" i get the
message "aer you sure you want to delete WINDOWS"(the
folder) but when i check inside there is no contents in
the bin.

The other problem i have is for media player, it tries to
load a movie, and the MPL player gives an
error "cpuinf32.dll not found" and "mplapx.dll not found"
then media player crashes.

do you have a third party software for media. download
spybot at safer-networking.org and update and run on easy
mode. as the error code is to do with 3rd party
software,not playing nice with your windows media player.
