Hi,
I am working for a financing company in which we need to sign Non Disclosure
Agreements with potential clients and investors before we move forward. We
already have the agreement template with some blank spaces for the name of
the company and terms specific to the subject party. We use the name of the
company, address, and contact person name at various points in the agreement.
I am wondering if there is any way through which we have to fill in name of
the party, address and contact details just once and that will get
automatically reflected at other places.
