Recurring events

I require a report that will give me a weekly/monthly printout of events that
happen both weekly, fortnightly and monthly - by date order ie: giving a
schedule for each day.
Therefore, in a monthly schedule a weekly event will appear 4/5 times,
fortnightly 2/3 times and monthly once.
Also can I use 'last friday of the month', 'each Monday' and 3rd last weekday
Any help would be appreciated.
