How can we set up recurring appointment by selecting a whole bunch of date
that are not necessarily in a row or follow a pattern?
I.e. I want to set up meetings for the Tuesday following the first and
third Monday of each month. I can't go to the settings and simply say pick
the 1st and 3rd Tuesday, because it has to be the Tuesday following the 1st
and 3rd Monday. I couldn't figure this one out.
