Is there a way to set an appointment Recurrence pattern
every 3rd workday. Excluding weekends

The Fist appointment is Mon.
The Second appointment is Thurs
The Third appointment is Tue not Sat
The Fourth appointment is Fri
5) wed
6) mon
7) thur
