Recuring Assigned Tasks

Is it possbile to have a task that has recurrence
assigned to some one. For example i have a task that i
want someone in our orginization to do each day (we are
on exchagne2003 using outlook 2003), i would like to
assign a task to this person for this task and get the
responce back each day when it is compleate. is this
possible to do, and have the task be marked in the task
list once it is compleated each day?

Second is there a way that we can have program some tasks
to automaticly generate and be assigned to a person?

John, it's no problem to do a recurring task. All you have to do is create a
new task, and in the task form click the Recurrance button on the toolbar.
Set the recurrance pattern (in your case, this would be "Daily"), and select
Regenerate new task 1 day after task is completed. In the task form, check
the "Keep an updated copy of this task on my task list" and "Send me a
status report when this task is completed checkboxes," assign the task, and
send it.

Regarding your second question, as far as I know, this can only be
accomplished by using a recurring task, where a new task is automatically
generated when a task is completed.
