recreating a distribution list

I accidentally deleted a distribution list in outlook address book. I have
the email addresses in a BCC line of an email I sent. How can I make another
distribution list from these addresses with out having to enter the addresses
one by one? How can I also import a file of addresses into a new distribution
list?

Open up the email where you have the addresses and copy them all from the Bcc
line, then open up a new distribution list click on 'Select Members' and then
just paste the addresses in the 'Members' box.

This will only work if the addresses use the format in Outlook 2003 (where
they contain both the familiar name and the actual email address).

Do you know how to get back the distribution list once it is deleted? I've
found them in the past when accidentally deleted but can't find this one?
There must be a way to restore them?
