Recovery of deleted Outlook 2003 files

S

Skip Funk

I lost all my email folders, inbox, sent, ALL email, ALL
contacts, and ALL calendar events, notes, and tasks -
EVERYTHING in Outlook 2003.

I created a vCard with my contact information. When I
attached my vCard to an email, I noticed that the
Activities were still attached to the vCard. Not wanting
to send all my contacts, email, folders, tasks, etc. with
my vCard, I deleted everything in the Activities list,
thinking I was merely deleting all the activities on the
vCard, and not realizing I was deleting everything in
outlook with my name or email address attached to it
(which was everything!).

How can I recover all my Outlook 2003 data, files,
folders, email, contacts, etc. now?

Thank you.

All you need to do is to find your outlook.pst file.

Take a look here, it may help:

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Skip Funk asked:
