This is usually caused by a keyboard that has the F-Lock "feature". If you
have this kind of keyboard, you need to turn off F-Lock first. If you don't
have that kind of keyboard, try another plain vanilla (standard) keyboard.
What kind of keyboard are you using? Depending on that answer, your
options should be:
1. Alter your BIOS to enable legacy USB support
or
2. Use another keyboard (P/S 2)
