Recovering Outlook Express Address Book

I have a client with a damaged hard drive. He is unable to boot from the
drive, but there is some hope he can access files on the drive. He would like
to recover the OE address book. Is the address book in a separate file? If
so, what is the name of the file?

Cycling Dude,

The address book is in a separate file.

It's in the form of {username}.wab. If there were multiple users on the PC
there might be multiple *.wab's.

You will find his/her Address Book at: C:\Documents and Settings\(User
Name)\Application Data\Microsoft\Address Book. The file extension is .wab.
Just remember that any separate user can have a separate address book, so
get them all.
