If you did this inside of Windows Mail, it should be in the Deleted Items
folder. Click on the tiny arrow > to expand the folder.
Drag the deleted folder up to Local Folders..
If you did this outside of Windows Mail, in Windows Explorer, then check the
Recycle Bin.
Exactly which folder did you delete?
What mail program?
Windows Mail is pretty good at recovering messages. Have you tried opening
WinMail and leaving it alone for half an hour?
