recovering a deleted identity

I mistakenly deleted my outlook identities when I changed my mail server.
After deleting, I added a new identity with the same name as the old one.
Now I am hoping to recover my old identity (emails and address book). It is
not listed in my Norton protected recycle bin. I never made any back ups.
Is there anything I can do to recover the data?

Removing a mail profile (not "identity") doesn't delete data; just the mail
profile configuration
Use File-> Open-> Outlook Data File... to open your "old" pst-file.

Further instructions depend on your version of Outlook and type of account
which you did not provide.

Outlook doesnt use Identities, Outlook Express, a completely different
program, does
OE is part of Internet Explorer and supported on their ng's
