When I start the computer I get this message.

wrong way, but any help on how to correct this 'serious
error' would be most welcome.

MiniDump refers to a system memory write error,try installing xp cd,boo
to cd on restarting computer,recovery,press enter for password,at cmd scree
type:CHKDSK C: /F When its thru type:EXIT Let xp restart,remove cd.
