By default the pst is located in
C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\
As I said it depend exactly what you mean by "copied whole Office File" If
you mean you copied the Folder \Program Files\Microsoft Office\
The data file is not stored there.
If you still have access to the old hard drive you will need to connect this
to your current PC in order to recover the data. How you do this depends on
whether you have a Laptop or Desktop
If its a laptop or desktop you can place the old drive in an external caddy
to access it from explorer.
Or with a desktop you can connect it as a slave
You may well have to take ownership of the file

Once the pst(s) are located copy to your current HD, eg My Documents (Do NOT
overwrite any existing pst)
Then in OL, File>Open>Personal Folders........browse to this location & open
the File
Do NOT import
