Records on a form

I have a form that has fields weekending date, mon, tues, wed, thurs, fri,
and some total fields. I have it setup almost like a timesheet where
information can be entered in for a specific weekend but the the user enters
in information on a daily basis. My problem is that when I go to a new week
it still is showing the old weekending date. How do I get it to go to a new
week when I enter in information on Monday and only switch weekending dates
when the date is done?

How do you select week-ending? In fact, how is yr form designed?
