Tried to launch the RecordNow! application this morning in order to burn a
CD, but upon launching, I received the following error message.
"All your drives are st to disabled. On the operating system, in order to
start RecordNow! you must either physically remove your drive(s) or enable at
least one drive."
How do I "enable at least one drive" in order to satisfy this application
launch?

I think it would be better if you asked the on line help from Sonic

Most likely something has damaged one of the associated files RecordNow!
uses, and left a hanging reference in registry. This should get put
right reinstalling RecordNow!. I would first myself tidy up, get a
registry patch file, cdgone.reg, from
www.aumha.org/downloads/cdgone.zip, extract it, r-click on it and merge
it into the registry
Then run its install again
