Recommendations for a good X800XL Card Please

I'd like to hear peoples experiences with their X800XL cards.

I'm looking at the Powercooler and the Rosewill X800XL's .. mostly becasue
they are the least expensive of the X800XL cards. The reviews I've seen of
these cards are good, but I've never owned these brands before.

Are these cards worth getting, as X800XL's they are already mondo expensive.

This is for a computer that has to be able to run the latest games in flying
fashion.
The X800 PT is too much $ .. so are the NVidia 6800 family.

I was considering a regular X800 but they are not that less expensive than
an X800XL and the 6600GT maybe good for a lot of games but not sure they
will cut the mustard in the games coming out in the enar future.

Thanks

My two choices would be X800XL or 6800GT. Nvidia drivers are not the
best these days though so I would probably go with the X800XL for that
reason alone. Performance wise they are close, graphics quality from
what I have seen of magnified images the edge goes to ATI chipset
cards. As to brand, I would pick Sapphire before Powercolor because of
past history (I've never bought Powercolor but have read some
negatives about them here before) but the Powercolor brand may be
great now. Never heard of Rosewill, must be a new player. Personally,
I buy made by ATI, yea, I'm probably a sucker and pay a bit more for
nothing. But, I hear Sapphire is trustworthy and less expensive too.
Let's see what other's say.

I have a Club3D X800XL and it runs without problems with an AMD64 3500.
Before I had a Connect3D Radeon 9700, which was ok too.

I have the Rosewill and it's a great card.I would recomend it! Been running
it about a month and no problems. Playing Doom3 right now and the X800XL
runs it nice and smooth on high quality @ 1280x1024 w/8x AA!
