Have received these items from my brother, who has gone overseas, I.
had to buy his plane ticket in exchange.
Now that I have them, would like recommendations for a
Motherboard/ram combination that will suit all these items, if
possible.
System will be used mainly for office app's, some gaming and DVD
burning.

Am really interested in performance and stability rather than
O/clocking.

1 x thermaltake xaserV series V5000
1 x thermaltake 480watt ATX purepower
1 x Intel p4 3.2ghz 800FSB
2 x wd 74 gig raptor
2 x wd 200 gig sata
1 x LG 4x DVD Burner Model GSA-4040B
1 x LG 16x DVD Model DRD8161B
1 x WinFast A380 Ultra TDH MyVIVO 256M

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated

An Asus P4P800 (deluxe or not) should do fine - there is a "Rev.2.0"
available!
RAM: 2x256MB or 2x512MB PC3200 (DDR400) - Crucial/Micron or Infineon
or... see:
