Recognotion problems

I am having trouble sending a message to MSN. Every time I try to send you a
message I get a note telling me that I am not signed in, and when I try to
sign in I get a note telling me I am not signed in.......
However all along I am signed in, I am getting my messages and sending
messages to my contacts. It seem that MSN does not want any one to send them
messages.
Is there any way I can send this to you people?
