Recipients name in body of email

I would like to create a dot msg form that will auto-populate the recipients
name in the body of the email. eg. If I am emailing (e-mail address removed), I would
like the body of the email to start: Dear Fred
Please help

starter.

Judy, thanks for the advice. However, the recipient may not be a contact in
Outlook but rather that I am simply replying to an emial. Is this possile?
