What should I do? I did many testing but still fail to get the message send
from my outlook. This effect my business as the order forms all go to outlook
and when I reply they dont receive my message. It indicated here in outlook
that the messages sent completely without error
You should tell us:
1. Version of Outlook
2. How your accounts are configured (Exchange, IMAP4, POP3)
3. Your SMTP settings
4. Your ISP
A quick test to verify that Outlook is not at fault is to setup a Gmail
account in your Outlook.

If this works, then the problem is not with Outlook. Other potential
reasons:
1. Your antivirus software intercepting messages
2. Your ISP blocking SMTP port and/or redirecting messages
3. Your firewall blocking messages
