The Recently Used Programs listing on my Start Menu disappeared.
Going into Start Menu properties and checking the "Store and display a list
of recently opened programs" has no effect; I check the box, click OK, click
on Start and nothing. I go back into properties and the box is unchecked; the
selection doesn't stick.
