recent IE patch problem.

I heard that recent IE patch has problem on XP SP2. Which patch is that, the
article # or patch #? I also heard MS has a fix but not an updated patch.
So, do I need to apply both the patch and fix?

IE version? Is the machine currently fully patched at Windows Update? If
so, are you having any problems?
