Recent Documents available in Outlook 2007?

If you click the Office Button in Word, Excel, and any other Office product,
there is a list of Recent Documents. Except for Outlook. Why is this
important? Well, if your PC crashes, and you have a bunch of
Messages/Appointments/Tasks/etc open, there's no way to know which ones they
were. That isn't a problem with Word or Excel, you can see a list of your 20
most recent documents by clicking on the Office Button. Also, when you
reopen Word or Excel after a crash, it has the pane on the left side of the
screen that lists all the ones that were open at the time of the crash.

Is there anything similar available for Outlook? And if not, where do I go
to suggest it be added as an Outlook feature? Thanks.

Outlook doesn't have that feature because the items in Outlook are not
separate files.

You can call Microsoft and make the suggestion if you wish. See
