Recent Documents appears empty

Hello,

One of our users has this ongoing problem where if she
goes to Recent Documents in the from Start, it always
appears empty, event though she has worked on several
documents. I checked Start/Properties/advanced and I do
have "list my most recent documents" checked off.

Any suggestions?
