Receiving these newsgroups.

I have recently started using Windows Mail with a Yahoo.co.uk address as my
everyday one. No problems, everything is fine except that I don't know how to
receive Newsgroups - like this one. Can anyone help me as to what I should
put into the Tools/accounts/ Newsgroup accounts where it asks for a server?

Would it help if I used my Hotmail account?

I go online with Talktalk if that helps.

DON'T use a real email address, you will get tons of spam, spammers
steal email addresses from groups like this.

They're already set up in your WinMail as Microsoft Communities.
