receiving security update messages

I'm receiving security emails and they won't stop. do
you know why? who do i stop them from from in my email.

Those are viruses, sent from accounts that are infected. You could look up
the internetheaders to see from which IP they are sent. The only thing you
can do is make sure your antivirus is updated and send an abuse-email to the
provider of that IP.
