Receiving message "Personal Folders not closed correctly"

Lately when I open my outlook, I am receiving the message that "personal
folders were not closed correctly and are being check for errors". But, my
outlook was not closed incorrectly. My computer was properly shut down, and
properly started back up, with ample time for my computer to load prior to
starting outlook. Does anyone have experience with this and why is it
occuring?? I would like to make it stop!

its usually because something prevents outlook from closing correctly. See
