receiving many emails

Outlook is trying to receive emails and the first one has got a huge 15MB
attachment. So Outlook is not able to download the file and would not receive
any other emails. Can I delete even before receiving the email...

If they don't have a webmail interface, as Ms. Orland suggests, Mailwasher
(http://www.mailwasher.net/) can to the job.
