Receiving Mail Failure Message 0x800CCC0F

i have two pop 3 accounts set up in Outlook Express 6 ( 600.2800.1123)
sending mail no problem, not receiving on one account, all settings have been
checked and checked again. The following error message comes up.

Your server has unexpectedly terminated the connection. Possible causes for
this include server problems, network problems, or a long period of
inactivity. Account: 'API', Server:
'mail.Attorney-Placements-International.com', Protocol: POP3, Port: 110,
Secure(SSL): No, Error Number: 0x800CCC0F

Appreciate any assistance

Try posting this in an Outlook Express news group - this is not one of them.
Outlook is a part of Microsoft Office and is what this group supports.
Outlook Express is a part of Internet Explorer and has its own news groups.
