I have just installed my fax wizard. I have sent one successful fax (to my work's number), and I believe another to a French number and I think they are trying to reply however every time I go to receive I too get the message "An error occurred while receiving the fax". I've check the settings via help over and over again but I can't pinpoint via help why? Can someone please help??
