I'm using Microsoft Outlook 2007 and can send/recieve emails on my laptop at
work and everything work fine. I can only recieve emails at home using the
same accounts etc. but can not send. How can this be? Once the laptop is
switched back on at work my emails will then send. Can anybody help?

Yes - when at home you are not presumably connected to your Work
server......You need to ask your IT dept either to set up access from home
(probably by VPN) or for the details on how to use Outlook web access (OWA).

Are you using Exchange or POP3 email in work?

If its POP3 you need to get you home ISPs SMTP server and send through that
when your on your home network (usually something like smtp.yourisp.com for
example.)
