Receiving emails in Outlook 2003, but then they dissappear

I have a new user using outlook 2003. I copied over an outlook 2000 pst file
for her. We setup her email settings to download her mail from the pop3
server. It removes the messages from the server (verified by logging into
webmail), but the messages are "nowhere to be found" in outlook2003. I
checked the message count in the inbox and everything.

I tested another laptop here and setup my outlook2000 pst file on it and I
can receive messages fine.

No error messages are recorded at all, the messages just don't show up.

She can send messages though.

Check for rules, the junk mail filter, and make sure your Views are reset to
their defaults.

I checked for rules and there are none, and the junk folder is empty. The
current view is messages with autopreview.

I meant make sure you've disabled the junk mail filter (not folder).

The current view is messages with autopreview.

I also didn't ask what vew you were using. I said:
make sure your Views are reset to their defaults.

Click Views>Arrange By>Current View>Customize Current View>Reset Current
View.

I accidentally said your last post fixed my problem when I was trying to
reply to your message. I did as you said and the user still does not see her
email. She picked up mail today and it showed downloading successfully, but
she still cannot pick up her mail. I have another laptop here with outlook
2003 on it and I setup her account on the laptop here and I can get messages
no problem. I however do not have here PST file on this computer.

I do have business contact manager installed as well??? Help
