Receiving emails in my Inbox that I send to groups I am a member o

Currently I use Outlook 2007 in an Exchange environment. Currently, when I
send an email to a group/distribution-list I am a part of , I get a copy of
it in my Inbox, even though I sent it.

Is this standard Outlook/Exchange behavoir?

These are internal Outlook/Exchange/AD Groups, not outside email distribution
lists.
