receive messages in HTML format

Hi. I just installed MS Office 2003. Have Outlook Connector for an email
account with MSN. Problem is that messages that are in HTML format in MSN.com
are coming into my Outlook inbox in plain text, and I cannot seem to change
this. Also, pictures that the sender included in the email are showing up as
attachments instead.

Anybody know how to remedy this?

HI,
please change your internetformat to html.
tools > options > mail format
