Rebooting Automaticly

I just installed XP SP 1 and now my computer restarts all
the time for no apparent reason. here are some of the
event viewer errors:

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x1000008e (0xc0000005, 0x80608f59, 0xf4bf1be4,
0x00000000). A dump was saved in:
C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini122003-02.dmp.

The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x10000050 (0x8bd2f4de, 0x00000001, 0x80534de3,
0x00000000). A dump was saved in:
C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini122003-01.dmp.

any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks

nd i forgot to mention that it dosn't not occur while in
safe mode.

I am having the same problem w/ an XP (Srvc pk1) desktop.
Unexplained shutdown. I get the following bugcheck error
message:
Event Type: Information
Event Source: Save Dump
Event Category: None
Event ID: 1001
Date: 12/23/2003
Time: 5:53:33 PM
User: N/A
Computer: XXXX
Description:
The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck. The bugcheck
was: 0x000000d1 (0x00420020, 0x000000ff, 0x00000000,
0x00420020). A dump was saved in:
C:\WINDOWS\Minidump\Mini122303-03.dmp.

I have switched off the auto re-boot feature but still
have been unable to figure out what is causing the error
in the first place.

Any thoughts would be most welcome.
