Reboot during sleep

When my machine is put into sleep mode, sometimes it will not respond, which
seems to be a common issue, but it also has rebooted itself after about a
half an hour or so. Was wondering what might be causing this?

Hi Bob,

Could be a number of things, have you checked the event viewer? If it's a
system failure, then try disabling the default automatic restart in the
advanced system startup and recovery settings. This won't "cure" the system,
but should cause it to display an error message rather than reboot, this may
help identify exactly what is causing the problem (it may also be why sleep
mode isn't working correctly if it's a device driver issue, which I suspect
it is). The alternative is to disable sleep mode altogether until proper
supporting drivers become available.
