Reboot after install SP2

Once reboot completes after installation of SP2, I got a Windows Security
Alert screen. The screen asks if I want to block the following programs.

Name: tgcmd Module, Connection Manager
Publisher: Support com. Inc., Microsoft Corporation

I selected unblock. Can someone advise what they are and any effect to my
computer.
