RealTek Sound device

My Device Manager is reporting a conflict that is preventing my MPU-401 from
starting. Without that capability I cannot communicate with any .midi sound
devices such as my Roland XP-50 Keyboard. I have tried manually changing both
the IRQ and Rescource to no avail. What am I missing?
